Avocado-Cucumber MCT Oil Salad Dressing
Start to Finish: 10 minutes
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 Tbsp. Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 medium cucumber
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Pinch of xylitol or stevia
- Fresh cilantro, oregano or pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to create a thick, creamy dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use immediately, or store in a container in the fridge for future drizzling!
