Enjoy A Sweet Fall Treat: Guilt-Free Keto Candied Pecans

Once the temperature starts to drop and the leaves begin to change colors, there’s no doubt that summer has come to an end. Say hello to fall by creating a low-carb snack that features a familiar ingredient found in many holiday season recipes: pecans.

Besides being a great source of healthy fats and vitamin A, they’re also incredibly versatile. However, traditional desserts like pralines and other sugary pecan-based snacks don’t align with the keto diet.

However, there’s an easy way to transform this popular fall-time ingredient into a sweet snack that won’t knock your macros out of whack. By swapping out brown sugar for granulated monk fruit—you can also use a Bulletproof-approved sweetener like erythritol or stevia—this keto candied pecans recipe is refined sugar-free. Not only is it incredibly simple to make, but it also delivers on every level.

Craving something crunchy and low in net carbs? One serving size of these candied nuts will convince your taste buds this is one the tastiest and best keto snacks to try. Not sure if you have the right tools? All you need is a saucepan and a baking sheet lined with some parchment paper (plus a little patience) to make this low-carb recipe come to life.

Minimal prep time is needed to extract delicious fall flavors without all the sugar associated with #pumpkinspice season. Whether you enjoy these keto candied pecans by themselves or use them to top a salad or bowl of homemade low-carb ice cream, you can’t go wrong.
